Neighbor says case of found remains, detained teen is 'horrifying'

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Logan Mott, who is a person of interest in the death of his 53-year-old grandmother Kristina French, was taken into custody after trying to enter Canada.

The teen and the missing Dodge Dart were spotted Thursday on surveillance video in south central Pennsylvania and he is believed to be somewhere in the Northeast United States, police said.
