Saturday we will see a cold front move into the region.
On Saturday and Sunday, Minneapolis is forecast to have highs of only about minus-20 degrees (minus-5F), with lows near minus-25 degrees (minus-15F). Monday and Tuesday will see highs in the 20s with lows in the teens under clear skies.
Temperatures remain below the normal of low 60s through January 4. The cold temperatures will stick around for the rest of next week with highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s each night through Friday.
