NFL Draft 2018: Ryan Shazier walks across stage, announces selection for Steelers

29 April 2018

Two days into the 2018 NFL Draft, the Steelers have taken a safety, receiver, quarterback and offensive tackle.

Additionally, Washington became the 30th Cowboy to be selected in the first two rounds. However, it appears as though the Steelers have addressed this by trading up in the third round last night to select Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph.

The pair made history by becoming the first brothers to both be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Wilder Offers Joshua $50m For Unification Bout

He went 32-9 in his career as an OSU starter, taking the Cowboys to three bowl victories in four seasons.

The Pittsburgh Steelers sent six representatives to Oklahoma State's Pro Day last month.

Rudolph finished his career holding no fewer than 54 school records, including single-season and career marks for passing yards, passing touchdowns and pass efficiency.

Trump's Iran revisionism won't help with North Korea
Zarif argued that, in the accord, Iran made a much stronger pledge than most realize. Iran nuclear deal sanction waiver is also going to end on May 12.

Washington and Rudolph demonstrated a remarkable rapport in college, the former racking up 1,549 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns in 2017, and they will hope that continues once Roethlisberger hangs up the cleats.

On Thursday, the Steelers traded away one of their top receivers, Martavis Bryant, leaving room for Washington to compete for playing time immediately.

Rudolph joins a roster that includes Ben Roethlisberger and Landry Jones at quarterback.
