Trump's Roseanne tweet downplays racism - again

06 June 2018

"Bob Iger of ABC called Valerie Jarret to let her know that "ABC does not tolerate comments like those" made by Roseanne Barr".

Roseanne was canceled Tuesday after Barr's racist tweet about former White House adviser Valerie Jarrett.

Roseanne Barr now regrets dissing her "Roseanne" co-stars, Sara Gilbert and Michael Fishman, after they denounced her racist tweet, so she's choosing to forgive them.

"Guys I did something unforgiveable so do not defend me", she wrote in another post.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey Confirmed Ubisoft by After a Day of Rumors
Although unconnected to the leaked merch, other rumors suggest that Assassin's Creed: Odyssey will launch in the fall of 2019. Hours later, Ubisoft confirmed it by posting a teaser of Assassin's Creed Odyssey on their Assassin's Creed Twitter page.

The comedian later apologized to the cast and crew of her show who are now without jobs.

"I think Joe Rogan is right about ambien", Barr wrote in a since-deleted tweet around 2 a.m. ET on Wednesday morning. In one tweet, she admitted that her assumption was "ignorant of me for sure". The ABC network called her comment "abhorrent" and promptly cancelled the sitcom, which was revived this year.

They say ABC's issue is that the characters in Roseanne were created by Barr and Matt Williams, and if the sitcom carried on without her she would still rake it in.

On the other hand, this tweet came shortly after Barr retweeted a celebration of President Donald Trump's announcement he was pardoning Dinesh D'Souza because he was "treated very unfairly by our government!"

Trump appears to comment on jobs report before its official release
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters that President Trump was briefed on the jobs numbers last night. In November and December, he routinely posted daily updates on the rising stock market, attributing it to his tenure.

The deplorables are standing strong and banding together behind Roseanne Barr to save her cancelled show. "He said: what were you thinking when you did this?"

In the past, the Republican president has cited the program's popularity as evidence that his supporters, who include Barr, want shows that speak to their concerns. She was still replying to fans' tweets as of Wednesday morning. Disney CEO Bob Iger posted a message from her on Twitter. "I said look, someone has got to tell her that Donald Trump doesn't carry his own phone", he explained.

"If it hadn't happened yesterday, this season would have been so terrible for everyone every day because she would have felt like she was [being] taken advantage [of], just like when I left the show".

John's, Mattie said she was looking forward to the Scrips Bee and planned to study the dictionary every night in preparation. It would have been used to declare a champion if the competition had exceeded 25 rounds with fewer than four spellers.
