Police impounded the truck that was used as the getaway vehicle on Monday at 5.30pm, KENS5 reported. Charges against the other two suspects are pending, Salvaggio said. Miraculously, the shark was found unharmed by the police later and has now been returned to the San Antonio Aquarium. The man then disappears out of camera range with his male companion following him as the woman walks around with the baby.
The shark has been recovered and one person has been arrested after they confessed to taking the animal, local media outlets report.
