Ford announces recall of 1.3 million vehicles due to door latch issue


In the USA, approximately 1,101,107 trucks are affected, with 222,408 more in Canada and an additional 21,090 in Mexico. The problem is a door latch issue that could allow the door to open while the truck is in motion. The affected models include some of the model year 2015, 2016 and 2017 F-150's, as well as some 2017 Super Duty pickups.
